At SYNCC PARFUMS, we strive to deliver a premium fragrance experience. While we ensure every order is packed with care, please review our policy for returns and refunds.
NOTE
Partial COD Available – ₹149 (Non-Refundable)
A partial COD charge of ₹149 is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders. This amount is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled or returned.
Order Cancellation
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Orders can only be cancelled/refunded in case of damage or missing items upon delivery
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Products
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video (with sealed package) is mandatory
- Without video proof, claims may not be approved
Once verified:
- Replacement (same product) will be provided OR
- Refund will be processed within 1–2 working days
🔁 Return for “Product Not Liked”
We understand fragrance is personal. If you do not like the product:
- Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
After receiving the product:
- It will undergo Quality Check (QC)
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
Returns/refunds are not applicable for:
- Personal preference (without following return process above)
- Skin irritation or allergy (patch test recommended)
- Clearance / sale products
- Free gifts
- Requests raised after 24–48 hours
Discovery Set – Special Policy
Our Discovery Set is designed to help you explore fragrances before purchasing a full-size bottle.
- The amount paid is fully/partially redeemable on your next purchase (as applicable)
- Valid on selected products only
Please note:
- Discovery Sets are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of damage during delivery
Return Process
If your return is eligible:
- Email us with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video (if damage case)
- We may offer reverse pickup in serviceable locations
- If available, a ₹100 restocking fee per product may apply
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- After receiving the item:
- QC will be done
- If approved → refund initiated
- If rejected → product returned (shipping charges applicable)
Cancellation & Shipping Charges
In case an order is cancelled after dispatch or returned due to non-acceptance:
- Both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- These charges will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable)
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders → Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 working days
- COD Orders → Refunded via UPI (after receiving details)
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges
- COD charges (₹149)
- Restocking fees (if applicable)
Processing Time
Returns are generally processed within 5-7 working days, including inspection and refund initiation.
